  • How to order from Eclipse Gallery?
    Eclipse Gallery, a Seasonal Gallery (May 20 - Oct. 31)
    can be ordered from year-round as follows:

    Hours (during season)

    10 a.m. - 5:30 (May & June)
    10 a.m. - 7:00 (July, Aug., Sept.)
    10 a.m. - 5:00 (Oct.)
    On or Off-Season When Placing Order
    A. Place an online order, simply click the "Buy Now" button,then follow the steps.

    Off-season orders will be shipped by the artist. Delivery: approximately 2 - 6 weeks depending on item(s) ordered. We will confirm your order & the accurate ship date.

  • Is it Safe to Order Online? What About Security?Why Paypal?
    Yes! We chose Paypal as our payment service provider
    as it's service is globally considered one of the best,
    safest & easiest on-line. Paypal protects your financial
    information with industry-leading security and fraud
    prevention systems. When you use it, your financial
    information is not even shared with us. We have your
    shipping information only for delivery purposes.

  • Exchanges/Returns
    We regret that we cannot offer refunds, but are happy to extend gallery credit within 21days of purchase. Exchanges must be accompanied by a sales receipt, and a restock fee of 5% may apply. Merchandise must be returned in good condition. You are responsible for the shipping costs to & from Eclipse unless in the unlikely event there is a previously undetected defect in the piece. In this case, it's on us.

  • Gift Certificate
    Can be purchased either on-line or from the gallery in any denomination.

  • Payment Methods VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover,Paypal or Cashier's Check.

  • Special Orders / Custom Work
    Some artists accept custom orders. Feel free to contact
    us with inquiries for a specific artist. There is no charge
    for inquiries. However, there may be an extra charge by
    the artisan for custom work. Special Orders or custom
    work requires a 50% deposit which is not refundable.
    The balance plus shipping would be charged when item
    is shipped.

  • Sale Items = Final Sale (not refundable)

  • Please Note:
    Prices shown on website are subject to change without notice.Each piece is individually handmade. Thus, each piece is unique in color, shape and size. Photos shown are representative examples of the artist¡¯s work.
    Some pieces are signed and usually dated by the artist.

  • We ship UPS Ground, unless otherwise stated. Fully insured. Click to see below the Time In Transit Map.
    We also offer Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day delivery options. Contact us about your needs.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are estimated based on standard UPS rates.

  • Address : No P.O. Boxes, please provide your complete address information with your order.

  • What if damage occurs?
    Keep all original packing material & repack damaged item, taping box closed. Contact us within 5 business days to report any damage, otherwise we cannot honor your claim.

  • International Shipping Contact us for details..Any customs, taxes, import duties, or any other applicable charges are your responsibility.
